Our initial concern was hiring someone that was going to tear down stuff that wasn’t necessary to tear down just to get more business. Santi Clean didn’t do that. In 2022, our home was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian in Southwest Florida. After an initial inspection for overall damage by our insurance company, we were encouraged by a friend to call Santi Clean to make sure the inspector did not miss anything. He had utilized their services earlier and had been helped immensely. We called Santi Clean and immediately were able to talk to Jenny and set up an appointment within a couple of days. Jenny and Dwayne arrived at the appointed time and quickly began their investigation. Jenny took careful dimensions of the affected rooms while Dwayne checked for water damage. His findings turned out to be significantly more extensive than that of the initial inspection. Santi-Clean immediately took ownership of contacting my insurance adjuster and relayed the additional damages. Because of Santi Clean’s expertise, and the extensive documentation and pictures provided, my insurance company did not question any of the additional findings and properly compensated us for the repairs. The tear out and treatment of the damaged areas were done quickly and efficiently while leaving the home ready for the needed construction repairs. We remain extremely grateful for the work performed and would highly recommend Santi Clean.

When our office building received water damage from Hurricane Ida we realized we needed help to assess damages. Santi Clean came in to provide the help we needed. Dwayne and Jenny very patiently answered questions and calmed concerns we had in this business disruptive situation. They promptly provided a very thorough and professional damage assessment that was submitted to our insurance company for remediation claim purposes. Santi Clean handled all questions from our insurance company and we were awarded insurance proceeds for the full amount of their report. When it came time to perform the remediation work, their work crew removed and stored office furniture and any damaged building materials in a very professional manner. They treated the building to stop and prevent further mold damage and left the building prepared in a manner that the reconstruction contractor could readily come in and begin repairs. We were very pleased with the total job performed by Santi Clean and would recommend to anyone needing their services. Santi Clean submitted their bill to our insurance company in May, shortly after completing the work. At the beginning of June, we learned (by reading it in the paper!) that our insurance company was insolvent and that the State of Louisiana would be taking over the claim. It took months for that to happen. We got our first check in mid-December 2022. I had kept Jenny informed along the way, apologizing that we were paying the contractor out-of-pocket until the state caught up. She understood completely.When we got that first check, I immediately sent Santi Clean a check and thanked them for their months of waiting. I remember Jenny telling me that they didn’t want to punish homeowners by demanding money when homeowners were floundering. They’d found their insurance companies tended to pay almost 100% because of the detail of their work and invoices.
Second, the other thing is that we ran into problems with mold in the AC system when we moved back in. Our local company was suggesting an expensive solution with the implication that mold had been able to get into the house through the AC, even after what Santi Clean did Dwayne provided me with specific studies to combat this view. It enabled us to make an informed decision with scientific information.

My mother is 88 years old and was one of the unfortunate ones that had some pretty good Ian hurricane damage in her home in Rotonda, Florida. Santi Clean was recommended to me through our insurance company. I had no prior knowledge of this company and with everything going on in Florida with scams etc. you had to be pretty careful who you were hiring. Our Olympus desk claim manager said, “ he had heard nothing but good things about this company, and felt good about us using them.” It was very difficult for me being 1000 miles away from my mother, during this very difficult time. I asked the owner Dwayne If he would be kind enough to FaceTime me as he walked through my mom’s home discussing in detail, how he would be mitigating the home. His professionalism and detailed expertise had me feel very comfortable using his company right from the get-go. He was very careful about not including anything thing until he was 100% sure, after rigorous testing, if those areas needed more attention or not. He even told me things that he felt we didn’t really have to do in certain places of the home. He and his wife were very good about moving things in the home for my mom, since she’s 88 years old, helping her with things that weren’t even part of their job description. They started the job and finished the job exactly in the timeline that they told me they would.
