Meet Jenny Waxer
Director of Operations for Santi Clean
Jenny Waxer is the Director of Operations for Santi Clean and is involved from start to finish on every project. She assists with the initial contact/meeting with the client, sketches the home and/or business & develops a detailed Xactimate report stating all the areas of damage and what it will take to get the property back to pre-storm condition. She keeps in constant contact with the clients and works with the insurance companies, public adjusters & attorneys throughout the process to keep the claim moving. In addition, she handles day-to-day operations of the company involving accounting, payroll, licensing, insurance, budgeting, and employee management.
Before joining Santi Clean, Jenny was in the hospitality industry for 20 years and the tradeshow industry for 5 years. She draws on her extensive experience with customer service, project management, and organizational skills to help run the company into the success that it is today.
Originally from Dallas, TX, Jenny moved to Woodstock, GA in 1988. She is a magna cum laude graduate from The University of Georgia with a degree in Psychology. In addition, she holds commercial pesticide applicator licenses in Georgia & Florida. She loves traveling with her husband and spending time with her family and her dogs.
Meet Dwayne Waxer
Founder and President of Santi Clean
Dwayne Waxer is the founder and President of Santi Clean and is involved in every aspect of the day-to-day operations. He works intimately with each client to ensure their experience with their loss has a successful outcome. His expertise in environmental remediation and forensic analysis spans nearly 35 years.
Dwayne has led and participated in environmental projects and disasters such as oil spills, landfill closures and construction, radioactive remediation, heavy metals remediation, natural gas pipeline PCB remediation, slurry wall construction, and many other complex projects including over 5 large-scale Superfund Government projects.
His expertise throughout his career led him to begin Santi Clean to fill a void in the Mitigation and Remediation industry where quality of service, industry acumen and proper loss documentation was lacking.
During the 2020 outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus, Dwayne volunteered many hours training and educating businesses around the country through webinars on how to properly deal with the virus. His training educated these companies on how to properly protect their employees, how to choose the correct disinfectants/antimicrobials and how to apply them. He was also engaged in training and performing disinfection activities at Fulton County Schools, Dekalb County Schools, Movie Production Studios and Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to his environmental background, Dwayne has been involved in executive rolls in several technology companies and their success by leading them in the same “customer-centric” approach he applies today. Originally from Jacksonville, FL he relocated to Alpharetta, Ga in 1994. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Dwayne has numerous other certifications including OSHA 40 HAZMAT, IICRC Certifications and is a licensed mold remediator in Florida, Louisiana and Texas. He is an active member in the Rotary Club of Alpharetta and enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his wife and two grown children, Saxby and Shelby.
